Delivery Information

Delivery Timeframe

Orders are delivered within 5–7 working days from the date of purchase. Working days are Sunday through Thursday, excluding Egyptian public holidays.

Coverage Area

We currently deliver across Cairo and Greater Cairo, including:

• Cairo (all districts)
• Giza
• New Cairo & 1st Settlement
• Heliopolis & Masr El Gedida
• Nasr City
• 6th of October City
• Sheikh Zayed

For delivery outside these areas, please contact us at orders@pnlabs.co before placing your order and we will advise on availability.

Delivery Process

1. Place your order and complete payment on pnlabs.co
2. You will receive an order confirmation by email or SMS
3. Your order will be prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days
4. Our courier will contact you on your registered phone number to arrange delivery
5. Your order will arrive within 5–7 working days from purchase

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will be contacted by our courier with delivery details. For any enquiries about your delivery status, contact us directly.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier will contact you to reschedule. After two failed attempts, the order may be returned to us and you will need to contact us to rearrange.
