Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of pnlabs.co and the purchase of products from PlayNation Labs, a brand of DotMinds LLC, registered in Egypt. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

All products sold by PlayNation Labs — including PAX Classic and PAX Shield — are designed and manufactured in Egypt. Product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are displayed accurately on the website. We reserve the right to update pricing without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. We accept credit/debit cards and cash on delivery where available. Prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include VAT.

4. Delivery

Orders are delivered within 5–7 working days from the date of purchase. Delivery is available across Cairo and Greater Cairo. For delivery enquiries, contact us at orders@pnlabs.co or +20 103 161 9866.

5. Returns & Refunds

Customers have a 30-day trial period from the date of delivery. Please refer to our Cancellation & Refunds Policy for full details.

6. Warranty

All products come with a 1-year manufacturer's guarantee covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

7. Limitation of Liability

PlayNation Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products beyond the purchase price paid.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
